What makes our projects succeed isn't AI tooling alone — it's years of running refined, lean agile processes, and a commitment to keep sharpening them. Whether our engineers are deployed onsite or working remotely, we hold AI-assisted work to the same tenets as traditional engineering: sound architecture, test coverage, proper CI/CD pipelines, and proven best practices. And when we build agentic AI, we build to the standards resilient agents demand: guardrails, least-privilege access, evals, observability, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Cost structure

We assess your needs, agree on a pricing structure — hourly, fixed-price per milestone, or retainer — and a project timeline with a roadmap, milestones, and deliverables, then draft a detailed Statement of Work (SOW). Work begins as soon as the SOW is approved. We also join projects already in flight as individual contributors, working within your team's established plan. Invoices are issued bi-weekly with net-15 payment terms, negotiable to fit your billing cycle.

Availability

We're headquartered in beautiful San Diego, California, and can accommodate any time zone — remote by default, or onsite with travel and expenses billed at cost. Working with cross-functional teams around the world is second nature to us.
